Holidays are no good. They make you idle.

And when I'm idle, I eat. A lot.

The appetite-enlarger Chinese medicine is not helping either. Talk about adding oil to fire.

Therefore, in 4 weeks, I managed to put on a whole half kilogram.

I currently look like a pear.
